We are building a strong digital presence and looking for a passionate marketer to drive both paid and organic growth.-------------------------------------Role OverviewWe are hiring a Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager who can run high-performing Meta & Google Ads and manage Vtalix’s overall brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.This role is perfect for someone who understands:Growth marketingSocial media psychologyViral content patternsPaid advertisingBranding & storytellingYou’ll work directly with the founder and creative team to scale Vtalix rapidly.---------------------------Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing (Meta + Google Ads)Plan, run, and optimise App Install, Lead Gen, Conversion, and Awareness campaignsHandle Meta Ads Manager (Instagram + Facebook): audience setups, A/B tests, retargetingManage Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube + Performance MaxOptimise for the lowest CPI, CPL, and CACImplement tracking using Meta SDK, Firebase, Google Analytics, UTM, and App EventsBuild a monthly paid growth strategy and performance dashboardsSocial Media Management (Instagram + YouTube + Reels)Plan, calendarize, and publish content (Reels, posts, stories, shorts)Manage the @vtalix and @humhaioffcl Instagram pagesCreate viral/relevant content ideas aligned with mental health & wellnessWrite captions, hooks, scripts, and trending topicsManage influencer collaborations & UGC creatorsEngage with audience (DMs, comments, replies)Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, watch time) and optimise content strategyCreative CollaborationWork with the design team for thumbnails, creatives, and ad visualsBrainstorm scripts for reels (problem-based, emotional, relationship-focused, wellness content)Build a consistent brand identity across all social platforms------------------------------Requirements2–3 years of experience in performance marketing + social mediaStrong expertise in running Meta App Install ads (mandatory)Skilled in Google Ads, retargeting, and conversion optimisationExperience managing Instagram pages, reels, and content strategiesKnowledge of Canva/basic editing toolsStrong copywriting skills—hooks, captions, ad copyUnderstanding of consumer psychology & mental health content toneAnalytical mindset with the ability to read data and adjust strategiesComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment----------------------------------Nice to HaveExperience in wellness/health-techFamiliarity with influencers, UGC creators, and community buildingBasic video editing skillsAbility to work independently with high ownership--------------------------------What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonusCreative freedom + ownership of brand growthWork directly with the founder on strategy and executionOpportunity to scale a fast-growing brandA young, dynamic, high-performance team-------------------------------How to Apply📩 Send your resume + portfolio/ads screenshot links to pranav@vtalix.inSubject: Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager — Vtalix
