If you are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills, an organized individual with excellent time management skills, a fast and scrappy problem solver, and someone who is obsessed with quality, then this role is perfect for you.You will be responsible for translating ideas into visuals that move people, defining how Naya looks and feels through typography, graphics, motion, and tone, designing micro-campaigns that capture what's new and why it matters, getting feedback from users, teammates, experts, and friends as a core part of the design process, breaking down complicated processes, identifying core problems, and having a plan for how to proceed, owning the process from scope definition to low-fidelity sketches, high-fidelity designs, and handoff specifications, fluidly transitioning between the big picture and the smallest details to create seamless user experiences, seeing highly-refined visuals and UI through to the end, including typography, visual hierarchy, and design systems, and distilling complex information into compelling stories.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires a hybrid of Graphic and UI/UX Design skillsets with a bonus for animation. Remote work is allowed, and education in graphic design, product design, and/or animation is preferred.Key Responsibilities:
