Our menu celebrates wholesome, fresh ingredients with a dash of creativity, making brunch a memorable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Head Chef to plan, prepare, and present innovative brunch dishes
Contribute to menu development with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavors
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency
Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment
Support in training and mentoring kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, ideally in a brunch-focused or café setting
A passion for creating brunch dishes that are both flavorful and health-conscious
Strong knowledge of ingredient sourcing, food safety, and kitchen best practices
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Creativity, dedication to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
