Senior Statistical Programmer Job SummaryAs a highly skilled Senior Statistical Programmer, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of clinical trial datasets and outputs.You will be responsible for programming, validating, and maintaining clinical trial data using SAS and R programming languages.Lead and execute the full spectrum of statistical programming deliverables, including creation and review of SDTM and ADaM specifications.Develop and maintain datasets in accordance with regulatory requirements.Prepare high-quality output, such as Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute suggestions to strengthen team efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Program, validate, and maintain clinical trial datasets and outputs using SAS and R.Lead and execute statistical programming deliverables.Develop and maintain datasets in accordance with regulatory requirements.Prepare high-quality TLFs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Requirements:Proven experience working on oncology clinical trials.Strong understanding of oncology-specific endpoints and data structures.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.What We Offer:Opportunities for growth and professional development.A dynamic and supportive team environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Flexible work arrangements.
