The Delphi expert will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Delphi, performing object-oriented programming, working with databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting, debugging software issues, and ensuring the scalability and performance of applications.QualificationsProficiency in Legacy Delphi programming and experience in software developmentUnderstanding of software architecture and knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principlesExperience working with databases, including designing, developing, and querying databasesStrong problem-solving and debugging skills in older codeAbility to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teamsExperience developing enterprise applicationsStrong communication skillsLegacy Delphi expertise• Experience with monolithic apps + refactoring• Comfortable working alongside existing team
