Job SummaryThe position of Technical Operations Specialist has become available within our organization, offering an exciting opportunity to take ownership of technology infrastructure and drive efficiency through automation.Manage and optimize the Zoho One suite for enhanced performance and productivity.Develop and maintain API integrations between core tools, such as Zoho and Karbon, to streamline workflows.Design and implement automations and workflows to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.Provide expert IT support and troubleshooting services for system or connectivity issues.Collaborate on system upgrades, permissions, and performance optimization initiatives.Document and train team members on best practices and new tools to ensure a seamless transition and knowledge sharing.Contribute to ongoing efforts to build a scalable, connected tech ecosystem that supports both operations and digital presence.Requirements and Qualifications4-5 years of hands-on experience in IT, systems management, or workflow automation with a proven track record of delivering results.Strong working knowledge of Zoho One, APIs, and integration tools (e.g., Deluge, Zapier, Make).Experience with Karbon or tax-related software is advantageous.Experience or interest in SEO, website systems, or digital performance is preferred.Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Self-directed, resourceful, and proactive individuals who thrive in autonomy and can work independently with minimal supervision.Excited to grow with a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and efficiency.Must be able to work 2:00 am - 10:00 am EST during IST time zone hours.What We OfferA competitive compensation package that reflects your value to the organization, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
