International Sales Executive

Grainville India is a growing rice processing and export company supplying buyers across the USA, Middle East and several other global markets. We are expanding our international sales team and looking for three candidates who can handle direct sales, follow-ups, and coordination with overseas buyers. Key Responsibilities Calling international buyers (Middle East, Africa, Europe, USA and other regions) to introduce our rice products and generate orders. Regular follow-up with buyers through calls, WhatsApp and email. Explaining product details, packaging, pricing and shipment-related information clearly. Updating and managing leads, follow-ups and buyer interactions in Zoho CRM . Preparing and maintaining Excel sheets for buyer data, lead tracking and sales pipeline. Coordinating with overseas vendors, shipping partners, inspection agencies and internal teams. Having a good understanding of world geography and international markets. Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication skills (spoken and written English). Experience in international sales of rice or food commodities is required. Comfortable making proactive sales calls to buyers in multiple time zones. Good working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Excel and basic sales processes.
