SALES MANAGER - IT SERVICES (Global Market)Job Location - Bangalore
ROLE SUMMARYA challenging position for a high performing Sales Manager to help Datamatics meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in a competitive and innovative wayThe candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to stakeholders
REQUIRED EXPERIENCERelevant experience of 12+yrs
in end-to-end B2B/Direct/IT sales for Global market including domestic market.Relevant experience of 10+yrs
in selling IT services/offerings
(Cloud, AI, Application Management, Salesforce, Testing, DevOps, Managed Services, Intelligent Automation, RPA)Experience working with offshore delivery team would be preferred.Education:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
KEY REPONSIBILITIESSales Manager - Global Market.12+yrs of relevant experience in end-to-end B2B/Direct/IT sales for Global market including domestic market.10+yrs of relevant experience in selling IT services/offerings and value proposition.Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business (Building a 'territory) and acquire new customers for Datamatics IT offerings.In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor landscapeUnderstand the customers buying cycleHunt for new logos / clients majorly the MHA (Must Have Accounts)Achieve and regularly meet sales targetContribute to the overall sales growth strategies and plansDrive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure (Networking, presentation, negotiation, persistent follow-ups)Identify and map business strengths and customers diverse needsAnticipate possible escalations and keep the Sales posted for timely interventionRespond to bid documents, legal clauses, reviewing RFPs and supporting documents
