Position: Clinic CoordinatorLocation: Habsiguda, HyderabadJob OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Level Clinic Coordinator to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and will be responsible for efficiently managing clinic operations and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff.Qualifications and SkillsProficient in electronic health records systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information management.Skilled in appointment scheduling software to optimize clinic appointments and reduce patient wait times.Experienced in patient management software to maintain a smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic.Knowledge of billing and coding software to ensure accurate invoicing and maximize reimbursement capabilities.Ability to work with insurance verification systems to confirm patient coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) essential for coordinating among staff and communicating with patients effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory skill) crucial for handling daily administrative tasks and documentation.Excellent time management (Mandatory skill) skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient handling of patient appointments.Manage electronic health records, ensuring that patient data is accurately maintained and securely stored.Facilitate effective communication within the clinic, serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.Assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic's calendar to optimize operations.Handle patient inquiries and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to service provision to prevent billing discrepancies.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information and adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines.Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth functioning of the clinic.
