Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable  Part-Time Faculty for BVoc Optometry  to join our academic team. This role is ideal for experienced optometry professionals looking to share their expertise and mentor aspiring optometrists while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. As a part-time faculty member, you will play a crucial role in preparing students for successful careers in eye care.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver concise and impactful lectures in key areas of optometry, such as vision testing, refraction, ocular diseases, contact lenses, and low vision care.
Conduct practical training sessions to help students master optometric techniques and equipment usage.
Design and implement teaching plans, materials, and evaluations aligned with program requirements.
Provide mentorship and academic support to students, addressing their queries and fostering their growth.
Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure program consistency and effectiveness.

Qualifications: Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Optometry (essential).
Master’s degree or certifications in advanced optometric techniques (preferred).
Experience:
Prior teaching experience in optometry or related healthcare programs (preferred).
Clinical experience in optometry practice or healthcare settings is an advantage.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of optometric concepts and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively.
