Job Title: AI Solution DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled Ai solution developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade conversational ai and generative ai solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development expertise in at least one of the leading ai platforms such as Amazon Lex, Azure Ai, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, Rasa, Botpress.Key Responsibilities: Conversational & Generative Ai Development: Design, develop, and deploy ai-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, ai agents, ai voice assistants, and Search ai for enterprise applications. Enterprise Ai Platform Expertise: Hands-on development using one or more ai platforms (Amazon Lex, Azure Ai, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant). Solution Design & Ai Architecture: Architect ai-powered solutions, integrating NLP, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Prompt Engineering for scalable enterprise applications. Full-Stack Development: Frontend: Develop user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular). Backend: Build scalable APIs and services using Java, Python. Api Development & Integration: Implement REST API integration and custom API development to connect ai services with enterprise applications. Llm Integration & Ai Workflows: Implement ai-driven automation workflows, fine-tune LLMs, optimize ai training models, and integrate ai solutions with business processes. Search Ai & Knowledge Management: Develop ai-powered search and knowledge retrieval systems for enterprise-scale automation. Ai Automation & Enterprise Implementation: Deploy ai-driven automation solutions across business functions, enhancing customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX). Testing & Optimization: Continuously test, fine-tune, and improve ai applications for performance, accuracy, and reliability in real-world enterprise environments. Requirements: Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise ai platform such as Amazon Lex, Azure Ai, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, Rasa, Botpress. Experience with ai agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, and Search ai. Expertise in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Prompt Engineering for ai-powered automation. Experience in enterprise application development and ai workflow automation. Strong programming skills in JavaScript (React, Angular), Java, Python. Experience in REST API development and API integration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Prior Experience: Experience with ai/ml model training and fine-tuning. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of ai security, data privacy, and ethical ai practices.
