About CA Kunal Kishore:


Kunal Kishore & Co (KKC), Chartered Accountants has been founded by CA Kunal Kishore, Rankholder CA who qualified all exams in first attempt and maiden sitting. He has spent 10+ years in top Corporate organizations, such as HCL ( Trifecta Capital ( American Express ( before switching to practice in 2019.


CA Kunal Kishore spent 3 years with the Department of Industries, Govt of Bihar as resident Consultant and played an active role in bringing industrial investments in the State of Bihar. He has the distinction of having drafted Ethanol Policy of Bihar besides Oxygen Policy, Industrial Policy, etc. (


CA Kunal Kishore is Founder-Director of InvestAid India Pvt Ltd ( which is the fast emerging industrial projects consulting firm and is also Co-founder of Karekeba Ventures ( the first and the most active Startup investment platform and Accelerator based out of Bihar.


Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant/Clerk at Kunal Kishore & Co. The Articled Assistant/Clerk will get an exposure to work on big-ticket industrial investments in Bihar, startup investments, due diligence and transaction advisory. S/he will also get the exposure to professionally managed operations of GST, Income Tax, Accounting, Audit, etc

Accounting; Financial reporting; Accounts Finalization and MIS reporting

GST returns, appeals and assessment; appearing before authorities

Income tax and TDS returns, appeals and assessments; appearing before Authorities

Financial modelling, project reporting; Bank Financing

Statutory audit, internal audit and management audits

Startups due diligence and investments

SIPB Proposals and Approvals; Industrial Policy incentives related work


Remuneration:


  • INR 8000 per month (1st year); INR 10000 per month (2nd year) and INR 12000 per month (3rd year)
  • In addition to the monthly stipend, those compelting full tenure of Articled training at our firm will get the following: (i) Full reimbursement of cost of Orientation Course and ITT Course (ii) Reimbursement up to INR 20000/- for CA final classes; and (iii) A bonus of INR 25000/- for clearing CA Final both groups in first attempt

  • CA Inter both groups qualified

  • Should be purpose-driven and self-motivated; willing to contribute to the Firm
  • Ease with MS office products; willing to build expert-level exposure to Technology and IT products
