Molecular biology is a vital discipline that applies the principles of genetics, biochemistry and molecular biology to understand complex biological systems and develop innovative solutions.We are seeking a skilled Molecular Biologist with a Master's degree in Biotechnology or M.Tech to join our research team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques and cell culture.The role involves performing molecular cloning, PCR, restriction digestion and ELISA assays, maintaining cell culture, including primary T cell culture and cell lines, and producing and titrating lentiviral vectors for gene delivery experiments.Responsibilities also include conducting cytotoxicity and functional assays to evaluate cellular responses, analyzing experimental data and maintaining detailed laboratory records.Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals is essential.Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or M.Tech preferredHands-on experience with molecular biology techniques and cell cultureKnowledge of lentiviral vector production and titration methodsStrong analytical skills and ability to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in immunoassays and cytotoxicity assays is advantageous
