Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Revenue Operations & Demand Generation Specialist to build and optimize our sales and marketing systems and processes from the ground up. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in revenue operations, demand generation, and sales development, with strong experience in HubSpot and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional logical thinking, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers in the US market.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our go-to-market operations, driving pipeline growth, and setting up scalable systems and processes that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations
- System Setup & Management:
- Build and maintain sales and marketing systems, primarily using HubSpot, including CRM setup, automation, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation, CRM, and other sales tools.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across the sales and marketing funnel (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, etc.).
- Provide actionable insights to optimize revenue performance.
- Process Design:
- Develop and document scalable sales and marketing processes to ensure alignment across teams.
- Continuously refine processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Demand Generation
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to generate quality leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Develop and optimize demand-generation strategies, including email marketing, content syndication, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop assets that support campaigns, such as landing pages, email templates, and nurture workflows.
- Track and measure the ROI of campaigns, ensuring that all efforts contribute to revenue growth.
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by engaging directly with prospects and decision-makers in the US market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate meetings for the sales team.
- Use HubSpot to manage and track leads, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies for engaging prospects based on their pain points and needs.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills and Experience
- HubSpot Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience in setting up and managing HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools.
- Knowledge of building workflows, reporting dashboards, and integration with other tools.
- Revenue Operations:
- Experience in designing and optimizing sales and marketing processes from scratch.
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive insights that impact revenue performance.
- Demand Generation:
- Successful track record of creating and executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Sales Development:
- Experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and engaging with decision-makers in the US market.
- Logical Thinking:
- High aptitude for problem-solving, with a structured and analytical mindset.
- Communication:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities independently.
- Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.
