Job Description: Sales Engineer

Qualification: Preferably bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/ MBA from reputed institution.

Experience required: Minimum 5+ years

Salary: AED 4,500/- to 5,000/-

Accommodation: Free furnished bachelor accommodation.

Food: By Candidate.

Working Hours: 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Probation Period: 6 Months

Others: 30 days paid leave with airfare upon completion of one year.


Position Summary:

A Sales Engineer acts as the key technical liaison between an engineering company and its customers, combining technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring the successful application of engineering products or services to meet client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.


Technical Expertise:


• Understand and articulate the technical aspects and benefits of the company’s products or services.

• Work with the engineering team to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.

• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.




Educational Background:


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering or MBA degree from reputed institution.

Experience:


• Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector.

• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the company’s industry.

Skills:


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


Additional Requirements:


• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

• Fluency in English & Hindi for international sales roles.

• Valid UAE driving license is added benefit.
