Job Title: As a skilled RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in automating business processes and improving efficiency. Your expertise in UI Path and related technologies will be essential in driving innovation and growth within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement automation solutions using UI Path and other relevant tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automate repetitive tasks.Develop and maintain high-quality automation scripts, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and scalable.Provide technical support and guidance to team members on automation-related topics.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RPA, and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes and develop new ones.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, preferably with a focus on automation and integration projects.Strong programming skills, including proficiency in languages such as C# and VB.Excellent understanding of OOP concepts and principles.Experience with UI Path and related tools, such as Orchestrator and API.Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data modeling and schema design.Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Additionally, having the following skills would be advantageous:Experience with .NET application development.Knowledge of workflow foundation and custom activity creation.Understanding of RPA product licensing and optimization.Experience with Splunk query language.Working knowledge of OCR implementation.BenefitsThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organization.
