Role Description


We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to craft compelling content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to adapt to diverse target audiences.


Key Responsibilities:


1.    Content Creation:

  Develop engaging, clear, and persuasive content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials.

2.    Brand Voice:

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all written materials.

3.    Market Research:

Conduct research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitors to create relevant and impactful content.

4.    Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.

5.    Editing and Proofreading:

Review and refine content to ensure grammatical accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

6.    Prompt Generation:

Design creative and strategic prompts for AI-driven tools, ensuring they align with project objectives and deliver optimal outputs.

7.    Campaign Development:

Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in real estate industry
  • Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to write creative and compelling content.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Docs, MS Word, and AI tools


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree
  • Experience with copywriting in the real estate industry
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure content performance.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles.
