Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone. Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills. Ability to identify and overcome objections confidently. Time-management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-oriented and motivated to achieve success.
