Overview:

Work directly with the Founder and drive growth and engagement across three key areas of the brand: Corporate Events, Singles Mixers, and Weekend Leisure Experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES


CORPORATE EVENTS

  • Achieve monthly lead acquisition targets through strategic outreach (cold calling, LinkedIn, and existing client networks)
  • Enhance brand visibility by promoting the brand's corporate offerings on LinkedIn to attract new leads
  • Assist in ongoing events scheduled


CUPID'S SOIRÉE (Singles Mixer)

  • Oversee the ongoing mixers in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi
  • Launch and execute Cupid's Soirée in new cities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative assets
  • Develop and implement a content strategy to drive organic social media growth


WEEKEND LEISURE EVENTS

  • Plan the event schedule on a monthly basis
  • Enhance existing experiences and curate new/innovative ones
  • Manage influencer collaborations, content strategy, and user-generated content to increase visibility on social media
  • Build and engage a community through WhatsApp and lead email marketing campaigns


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, brand management, or marketing
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Proficiency in social media content creation
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Creativity and strategic thinking for event planning and marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva and email marketing platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (preferred)
