We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented operations professional to join our team as a Senior Operations Manager. They will be responsible for overseeing and supporting operational, sales, and cross-functional processes, ensuring smooth execution of business workflows across departments.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by monitoring processes across sales, operations, and support functions and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.Conducting routine quality checks and audits to ensure operational compliance and data accuracy.Supporting cross-functional teams in implementing new processes, tools, and operational initiatives.Guiding teams through updated workflows, new tools, and operational changes.Identifying operational challenges and assisting leadership in implementing solutions to improve efficiency and team performance.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and support teams effectively.This role requires someone who is comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
