Given the technical nature of our projects, a strong technical background is highly desirable. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of both project management methodologies and technical concepts.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project scopes and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to guide project execution.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution within defined timelines and budget constraints.Oversee project activities to ensure they are on track and take corrective action when necessary.Resource ManagementManage resource allocation and availability, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and external resources.Monitor and adjust resource plans as needed to meet project demands and maintain productivity.Change ManagementUtilize appropriate verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.Ensure that all changes are documented, communicated, and approved by relevant stakeholders.Performance Measurement and ReportingMeasure project performance using suitable systems and tools, such as JIRA and Microsoft Azure.Generate regular project status reports and present them to management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.Client and Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.Communicate proactively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns in a timely manner.Vendor ManagementEstablish and sustain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring their performance meets project requirements.Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors as needed, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.Documentation and Knowledge ManagementMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, change requests, and final project reports.Ensure that all project-related information is accurately recorded and easily accessible to team members and stakeholders.RequirementsExperienceMinimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on technology-driven projects.Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and budget.Technical BackgroundStrong technical background, preferably in software development, IT infrastructure, or a related field.Experience in managing technical projects and understanding of technical concepts and methodologies.Technical SkillsProficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Azure, Trello, or Asana for task management and project tracking.Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Resource CoordinationDemonstrated experience in coordinating resources and third-party vendors for project execution.Strong ability to manage and optimize resource allocation to meet project demands.Change ManagementProven ability to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.Experience in implementing change control processes and ensuring compliance with project requirements.Performance MeasurementProficiency in using project management systems and tools to measure project performance.Ability to generate insightful reports and present them to management and stakeholders.Client and Stakeholder EngagementStrong skills in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and documentation.Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Vendor ManagementExperience in establishing and sustaining relationships with third-party vendors.Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor performance management.Documentation and Knowledge ManagementStrong ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation.Experience in implementing knowledge management practices to ensure information is accessible and up to date.Preferred QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.Experience in managing technology-driven projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.At Techdome, we don’t just offer a job—we offer a growth-driven, rewarding, and engaging workplace where your contributions are valued.
