Job Title: Senior Cloud Platform EngineerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a senior cloud platform engineer to spearhead the creation of robust cloud platforms while enhancing application observability for seamless monitoring and diagnostics.Key Responsibilities:Ensure high availability and uptime of our cloud platforms.Design and build enterprise-scale platforms, including tooling, CI/CD, security, and observability.Lead technical decision-making on configuration management, version control, and automation.Automate tasks and increase team and operational efficiency.Support CI/CD tools in pipelines for development and production environments.Creation, execution, and maintenance of automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines.Share engineering knowledge through presentations, blogs, and videos.Collaborate with product owners to create relevant engineering roadmaps.Research new technologies to find solutions to problems.Required Skills and Qualifications:Programming Languages: 25%Application development background required.Scripting for automation (Python, Golang, TypeScript, etc.)..NET tech stack experience.DevOps/SRE Skills: 40%CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, Ansible).Configuration management and version control.Automation scripts and workflows.GitOps practices.Monitoring and observability implementation.Cloud Platform Skills: 35%AWS/Azure/GCP hands-on experience.Cloud-native architecture design.IAM, networking, storage, serverless services.Multi-account management.Security and compliance.24/7 platform operations and incident response.
