Role Overview:
As a Website UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences for websites. From conceptualization to execution, you will manage the entire design lifecycle, ensuring each website meets client expectations and delivers exceptional user journeys. Your role will focus on creating visually stunning, responsive, and user-friendly designs that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Research & Strategy : Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to inform design strategies for website creation.
Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to visualize website structure, navigation, and user flows.
Website Design : Create visually appealing and functional designs, focusing on responsiveness, usability, and accessibility.
User Experience Optimization : Design user journeys and flows that simplify navigation and enhance engagement across devices.
Brand Integration : Develop cohesive designs that align with client brand guidelines while incorporating creative, modern elements.
Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Testing & Feedback : Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet project requirements and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Creative Cloud Suite.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles, usability, and web accessibility standards.
Ability to translate business goals and user needs into engaging website designs.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-focused design approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Web Design, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in designing websites, with a portfolio showcasing diverse web design projects.
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers (preferred but not mandatory).
