Job Title: Industrial Automation SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team.About the Job:Work with various PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMI platforms to ensure smooth operation of automation systems.Handle VFDs, relay logic, and control panel wiring to reduce unplanned maintenance and enhance system reliability.Streamline calibration schedules and minimize PLC/DCS downtime to improve process efficiency.Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and service support at customer sites to ensure optimal system performance.Maintain strong troubleshooting, logic understanding, and system optimization skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.Develop good knowledge of wiring, schematics, and automation hardware to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.Travel for site-based activities to provide effective support and services.Required Skills and Qualifications:Graduate (Instrumentation/Electrical) with 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation or Diploma with 10-15 years of experience in PLC–SCADA & Industrial Automation.Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI tools, and VFDs is essential.Strong logical thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex problems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A supportive and dynamic work environment.How to Apply:If you have the required skills and qualifications, please submit your CV with the subject line PLC/SCADA Technician.
