Jewellery Exhibition Manager Job Location: Jubilee Hills,Hyderabad Salary: 4-7lpa Job Description: * Plan and manage end-to-end exhibition activities (local, national, and international).* Identify suitable exhibitions and secure stall bookings.* Coordinate with vendors for stall design, fabrication, lighting, branding, and display arrangements.* Ensure timely transport of jewellery items and materials to the venue.* Oversee stall setup according to brand guidelines.* Ensure proper display of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.* Maintain a premium and secure stall environment.* Coordinate with visual merchandisers for attractive layouts.* Lead the sales team during exhibitions and ensure achievement of sales targets.* Assist and guide high-value customers.* Provide detailed product knowledge and promote new collections.* Handle customer queries, concerns, and special orders.* Train exhibition staff on display management, customer handling, and product details.* Allocate responsibilities to sales executives and support staff.* Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline throughout the exhibition* Ensure accurate inventory movement during packing, transit, display, and return.* Maintain strict security and safety protocols for high-value jewellery.* Coordinate with security personnel and CCTV monitoring teams.* Handle daily stock audits during exhibition periods* Work with marketing team for pre-event promotions, social media campaigns, and brochures.* Track visitor footfall, customer profiles, and follow-up leads.* Assist in organising giveaways, demonstrations, and special events at the stall.* Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management.* Document customer feedback, inquiries, and potential leads.* Maintain expense reports and vendor invoices related to exhibition activities.* Strong knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamond, silver, gemstones).* Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.* Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.* Experience in exhibition/stall management.* Leadership and team management skills.* Familiarity with inventory and security handling.
