ResponsibilitiesGBSU/REG Team deals with processes required to comply with various regional regulations in the OTC Derivatives space,for Ex.\: DFA, EMIR, HKMA, MAS, MiFID etc.REG Team carry out periodic post reporting controls to identify Regulatory reporting anomalies & rectify the issues in coordination with technology teams. In addition, team responsible to managedaily reporting activities for regulators. Profile RequiredSkill : Experience in regulatory reporting or Good Knowledge on OTC Derivatives products /capital market Experience \:1-5 yrs.Operational ExcellenceProvide guidance/ follow-up closely on complex issuesMonitor the production parameters on a daily basisIdentify short term production prioritiesDrive production efficienciesEnsure compliance / regulatory adherenceAddress internal / external auditsMonitor/Escalate reconciliation/reporting errors and incidentsEnsure reconciliation process is executed efficientlyChange ManagementContinuously identify and implement CI ideas thereby bringing in more efficiency across teamsContribute/Implement action items from strategic projects & implement organizational changesContribute to team's transformation initiativesIdentify and implement action items from transversal optimization projects / initiativesContribute and influence adoption of emerging technologies and best practicesIdentify and resolve medium to high-level issues.Detect and define process enhancements, regularly.Prepare, attend and contribute to process governance.Train analysts.
