Ltd.Location: Bangalore/Mysore/MangaloreEmployment Type: Immediate JoinersAre you energetic, people-oriented, and interested in working in the liquor and beverage industry?Join our growing team and help us strengthen our brand presence across Karnataka's (Bangalore/Mysore/Mangalore) vibrant nightlife scene — from bars and lounges to restaurants and clubs Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Promotion Executive (On-Trade), you will play a key role in driving brand visibility, product awareness, and supporting sales performance across on-trade channels.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Brand Promotion & Visibility- Execute promotional activities across bars, pubs, restaurants, and lounges.- Manage branded materials like tent cards, posters, menu inserts, and coasters.- Conduct product sampling, bartender activations, and themed events.- Ensure brand message consistency and compliance with marketing guidelines. Outlet & Partner Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with bar managers, F&B heads, and key on-trade partners.- Educate bartenders and staff about product features and brand stories.- Coordinate with venues for visibility and special promotions. Promotion Planning & Execution- Support marketing and sales teams in planning and executing promotional calendars.- Organize launch events, tasting sessions, and brand activations.- Track competitor activities and identify new promotional opportunities. Sales Support & Performance Tracking- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets through brand advocacy.- Collect outlet-level feedback and analyze campaign effectiveness.- Identify and onboard new on-trade outlets for brand expansion. Reporting & Market Insights- Submit regular reports on activities, stock, and promotional materials.- Share insights on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor moves.
