The Vibrant Group India is looking for a skilled Web Developer & SEO Specialist with expertise in both website development and search engine optimization, specifically within the real estate sector. This dual-role professional will be responsible for creating a seamless user experience on our website while optimizing it to achieve maximum visibility and drive qualified leads. This position is ideal for someone who can blend technical web development skills with strategic SEO expertise.


Qualifications:


•⁠ ⁠Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in web development and SEO, preferably in real estate or a related industry

•⁠ ⁠Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush

•⁠ ⁠Analytical Abilities: Data-driven approach with expertise in analyzing website performance and SEO metrics

•⁠ ⁠UX and SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of user experience design principles, on-page/off-page SEO, and content optimization techniques


Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Website Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain a responsive, user-friendly website that aligns with brand standards and project goals

•⁠ ⁠SEO Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase search engine rankings and drive organic traffic

•⁠ ⁠Content Optimization: Ensure all website content is optimized for relevant keywords and structured for readability, engagement, and SEO performance

•⁠ ⁠Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze website performance using SEO tools and web analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth

•⁠ ⁠Technical SEO Enhancements: Implement best practices for site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup to improve search engine visibility

•⁠ ⁠Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the content, sales, and design teams to align web development and SEO efforts with overall business objectives

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshooting and Updates: Address technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted website functionality and performance
