Orthotics Sales Development RoleWe are seeking a skilled Medical Sales Representative to drive sales growth, develop and manage key accounts, and expand market share for the orthotics product portfolio in assigned territories.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory by building strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals & clinics in respective markets.Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.Cultivate new customers and onboard them to ensure seamless integration into our network of distributors and dealers.Strengthen existing account relationships to enhance revenue generation and client satisfaction.Manage distributor/dealer performance in terms of coverage and sales to optimize overall business results.Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers and partners on our offerings.Stay informed about competitor activities, market trends, and provide valuable insights to management to inform strategic decisions.Support marketing initiatives, conferences, and local promotional activities to raise brand awareness and drive sales.Maintain timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and customer interactions to facilitate data-driven decision making.Key Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or Business, with an MBA preferred.3-6 years of experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, rehabilitation, or pharma sales.Demonstrated territory management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong connections with orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals & clinics in respective markets.Ability to travel extensively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and result-oriented individual.Compensation & Benefits Package:Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives.Travel allowance and business expense reimbursements.Comprehensive health insurance and standard company benefits.Ongoing career growth opportunities within the organization.
