About Fitstatic:
Fitstatic is a pioneering start-up with a fresh approach to virtual fitness. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute as a core team member, playing a vital role in shaping the company's direction while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Remote (aligned with US time zones)
Qualifications:
MBA in Operations or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role
Prior start-up experience is advantageous
Key Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other project management tools
Self-motivated, with critical thinking and initiative
Core Responsibilities:
Scheduling Management: Oversee and optimize session schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient trainer-client coordination
Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding of new trainers, ensuring seamless integration with company systems and policies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with departments like finance, HR, sales, and marketing to maintain business alignment
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs to drive improvements in business operations through data-informed decisions
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Social Media Presence: Set up and secure the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for brand visibility
Process Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation of operational processes and policies
Efficiency Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in business processes to boost productivity and reduce costs
Resource Management: Manage personnel, equipment, and budgets to meet operational goals
Project Development Support: Work closely with the development team to test and migrate processes to our upcoming app platform
Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies for session scheduling, trainer coordination, and client communication
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to formulate and execute long-term growth strategies
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Handle various operational tasks as needed, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills
