About Us:MUFG Bank, Ltd. is Japan's premier bank.The Group has about 120,000 employees and offers services including commercial banking, trust banking, securities, credit cards, consumer finance, asset management, and leasing.The MUFG Way focuses on empowering a brighter future.KYC Operations Overview:KYC Operations is responsible for providing centralized KYC production and validation of clients in support of both client on-boarding and periodic maintenance of client information.We are seeking an experienced KYC Analyst to join our team.About the Role:This role involves producing high-quality KYC profiles to the latest policies and procedures, analyzing large amounts of data and assessing higher risk attributes.You will be responsible for following up on client profiles, making sure that all levels of signoff are in line with the latest Id matrix and interfacing with Compliance, Sanctions and Relationship Managers where applicable.Responsibilities:Production of KYC profiles to the highest quality standard & in line with the latest policies and procedures.Analyzing large amounts of data and assessing higher risk attributes (geographical, product/service, entity/industry type, transactional, etc.).FOLLOWING UP ON CLIENT PROFILES (IN LINE WITH THE LATEST ESCALATION MATRIX) & MAKING SURE THAT ALL LEVELS OF SIGNOFF ARE IN LINE WITH THE LATEST ID MATRIXSending profiles to audit within standard timelines that have been defined INTERFACING WITH COMPLIANCE, SANCTIONS AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS WHERE APPLICABLE, ESPECIALLY ON MATTERS THAT INVOLVE ESCALATION OF PENDING AND AGEING PROFILESRequired Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2-3 Years of Customer Due Diligence / Enhance Due Diligence at a maker level.Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Commerce/Finance or equivalent would be essential.Flexibility to work in different shift timings.Good understanding of MS office and proven skills on banking platforms.Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).Benefits:Our employees enjoy a positive working environment and benefits including opportunities for career growth and professional development.Award Winning Company:We are an award winning company recognized for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
