Job Title: Tyre Field Services EngineerJob Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tyre Field Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of tyres, including tyre types, patterns, applications, and maintenance. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fleets, and dealers.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.Perform tyre inspections and assessments to identify potential issues.Conduct regular tyre audits to ensure compliance with company standards.Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce tyre-related issues.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related field (preferred).Experience in tyre industry, PCR, TBR, OTR.Basic knowledge of tyre types, patterns, applications, and maintenance (training can be given).Valid driving licence.Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.Benefits:Our company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.What We Offer:We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
