Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing multiple small-to-medium projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company, is essential.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple building-level projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.Collect and organize all project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Investigate how utility data can be obtained across new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Document all steps taken and deliverables, in Salesforce, our Hello Energy portal and SharePoint.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English (other European languages are a plus).Proficiency in Excel; ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data, familiarity with Python or APIs is a strong plus.Benefits:Remote working arrangement.Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time.As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
