Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Process Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in sales and marketing by providing strategic guidance on process design and operational excellence.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed business decisions through robust risk management and control designPromote continuous improvement projects for commercial processes to enhance efficiencyConduct regular risk assessments including fraud risk assessments of key commercial processesEnsure timely closure of audit actions (Global Audit & Internal Audit)Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on process controls, policies, and complianceRequired Skills and Qualifications:Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAble to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making processesDetailed understanding of commercial processesAble to challenge the status quo and drive change initiativesSolid grasp of governance, risk, and control principlesExperience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferredBenefits and Opportunities:This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
