You'll have the opportunity to lead our UX vision, improve product usability, and mentor a team of talented designers.What's For The Candidate: Competitive salary and potential equity options Opportunities for professional development and learning Flexible working hours and remote work options An inspiring and collaborative work environmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: UX Strategy & Vision: Develop and drive the UX vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and enhancing the overall product experience Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting skill development User Research & Insights: Guide and support user research activities to ensure insights inform design decisions, including usability testing, persona development, and user journey mapping Design System Development: Lead the creation and evolution of design systems, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and scalability across products Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions that meet technical, business, and user needs End-to-End Product Design: Oversee the design process from concept through implementation, ensuring all products are accessible, visually cohesive, and aligned with user needs Stakeholder Communication: Present design ideas and user insights to leadership and stakeholders, providing evidence-based recommendations and fostering understanding of UXâs role in product success Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to bring new ideas and insights to the teamRequirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3+ years in a lead or senior role in a product-focused environment Portfolio demonstrating a strong UX design process, including case studies showcasing problem-solving, research insights, and end-to-end design thinking Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar Proven experience in leading and mentoring UX design teams Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles Experience in building and managing design systems and understanding of responsive design Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate for design within a cross-functional teamJob Location: Remote/Hybrid/In-OfficeNote: To accomplish our vision, our Flagship Event 'IAC VISION 2030' would provide employment and career opportunities for millions of job-ready interns, freshers and professionals in our Industry Academia Community (IAC).By submitting your application you accept the Terms and Conditions.
