Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder with Investment at eViRis Health, based in Hyderabad with flexibility for remote work. We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to join our executive team, helping scale the company from its early stages. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic decision-making alongside the founding team to shape and execute the company’s vision.
  • Drive fundraising efforts and build strong relationships with investors.
  • Oversee business development, including identifying new market opportunities and forming key partnerships.
  • Cultivate investor relationships, ensuring alignment and continuous engagement with stakeholders.
  • Guide the company through scaling operations, customer acquisition, and product development.


Qualifications

  • Healthcare/AI Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare and AI technologies, particularly in predictive analytics.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to scale businesses and lead strategic efforts.
  • Entrepreneurial Experience (Preferred): Leadership in start-ups or high-growth companies, ideally in healthcare or AI.
  • Fundraising Expertise (Preferred): Successful track record in raising capital and managing investors.
  • Business Development: Skilled in forming partnerships and driving growth.
  • Visionary Thinking: Passionate about innovation and solving real-world problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent at networking, negotiation, and presenting ideas.
