Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist will drive sales by promoting photography services, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting customized photography packages, and negotiating contracts. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and the ability to convey the value of professional photography services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify Sales Opportunities : Research and target potential clients for photography services, including weddings, events, and commercial shoots.
Build Client Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their photography needs and offering tailored solutions.
Present Photography Packages : Effectively communicate and present customized packages, showcasing the company's portfolio and service options.
Negotiate Contracts : Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with Creative Team : Work closely with photographers and other creative staff to ensure the services offered align with client expectations.
Maintain Sales Records : Track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM.
Attend Industry Events : Represent the company at relevant events, trade shows, or client meetings to network and generate leads.
Provide Excellent Customer Service : Ensure client satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering after-sales support.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Sales Expertise : Strong background in sales, with proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and present photography services effectively.
Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts while maintaining positive client relationships.
Customer-Centric Approach : A strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building : Capable of establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
Creative Understanding : Basic knowledge of photography and visual trends to effectively sell services.
CRM Proficiency : Experience using CRM software to manage leads, track client interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Problem-Solving : Ability to resolve client issues and offer solutions that meet both client and company goals.

Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience : Proven experience in sales, preferably within the photography, creative, or event management industries specifically in Weddings id preferable.
Photography Knowledge : Basic understanding of photography services, including different types of shoots (weddings, events, commercial) and pricing models.
Networking Skills : Ability to network and represent the company at industry events, meetings, and trade shows.
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with using sales software, email marketing, and social media platforms to generate leads.
