By combiningtechnical proficiency, domain knowledge, and strong communication skills, youwill help unlock the full potential of data to deliver meaningful andactionable insights.Your responsibilities include:Data Processing and Analysis Perform data analysis using tools and platforms based on the requirements of internal projects across various business functions. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of processed data.Driving Data Analytics Projects Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights, define KPIs, and support strategic decisions. Understand what needs to be done to reach specific target states.Understanding the Business Context Interpret data within the real-world context of FORVIA HELLA's independent aftermarket business areas. Leverage domain knowledge to make sense of the numbers and deliver relevant, meaningful solutions.Cross-Functional Communication Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language to support collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.Building Networks and Navigating Complexity Interact with stakeholders across departments, including IT, Digitalization, Product Management, and others. Understand the internal ecosystem and proactively reach out to the right people to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSExperience: 2 years plusA degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in data analytics, data interpretation, and dashboard/report developmentAbility to read and work with code (TypeScript knowledge preferred, Python or SQL a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with an understanding of business processes and KPIsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience working in international teams and across time zonesProactive mindset, self-driven, and capable of independently driving topics to completionExperience with Palantir Foundry, Power BI, or similar data platforms is an advantageEven if you do not meet all our requirements, do not hesitate to apply to us, because the further development of our employees is very important to us and opens up a wide range of opportunities for you in our company.FORVIA HELLA stands for the variety of all employees.
