Job Title: Java LeadLocation: GurgaonEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentJoining: Immediate to 15 Days Notice PeriodAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Java Lead with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and backend development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and work on designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions with cloud integration.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.- Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.- Drive cloud adoption and integration strategies.- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend architecture.- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java backend development with Microservices and Spring Boot.- Prior experience in a lead role is preferred.Nice-to-Have- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes.- Knowledge of API Gateway, Security, and Performance Tuning.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Education- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.Benefits- Competitive salary and performance bonuses.- Health and wellness benefits.- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with Deloitte's global teams.Important NoteOnly apply if you have at least 8+ years of experience in Java backend development (Microservices & Spring Boot mandatory) and can join within 15 days.
