Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic placement professional to lead our campus recruitment initiatives and develop strong partnerships with employers.Main Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive placement strategy aligned with the university's goals.B Foster and maintain strong relationships with regional and international employers, industry bodies, recruiters, and government agencies.Oversee campus recruitment drives, internships, cooperative education programs, and industry collaborations.Establish effective systems for student career counselling, skill development, and employability enhancement.Manage labor market analysis, sector-wise placement trends, and employer feedback reports.Lead a team of placement officers and coordinate with academic departments for industry integration.Represent the institution at job fairs, career summits, and professional networking events.Ensure compliance with HR, regulatory, and accreditation standards relevant to student placements.Qualifications & Experience:Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field (PhD preferred).8-12 years of progressive experience in placements, career services, corporate relations, recruitment, or talent management.Strong network with regional and international employers.Proven track record in achieving high placement rates and building industry partnerships.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.GCC education or recruitment sector experience is an added advantage.Vibrant multicultural work environment, competitive tax-free salary package, and opportunity to shape the career success of students make this role highly attractive.
