Job Title: Quality Assurance AnalystThe Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.This role involves creating test plans, executing test cases, documenting results, and collaborating with development teams to improve product quality.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and technical specifications.Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Identify test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing.Test Execution:Execute manual and automated test cases.Validate functionality, performance, and usability of applications.Document test results and log defects in the tracking system.Defect Management:Identify, report, and track defects through resolution.Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues.Retest fixes and ensure proper resolution.Quality Control & Process Improvement:Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and SDLC process.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.Recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.Collaboration & Communication:Work with product owners, business analysts, developers, and project managers.Provide regular updates on testing status and risks.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with test management tools.Hands-on experience in manual testing.Basic understanding of automation tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative work environment.Others:Our company is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
