Lead AI SecurityThe role of the Lead AI Security involves establishing and governing security best practices across AI, data and digital portfolios.Build and lead the AI security function by designing and implementing an organization’s AI security strategy, governance model, and operational practices.Secure the AI product lifecycle through ensuring security controls and compliance throughout the solution lifecycle from development to deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, digital and infrastructure security to embed AI security within broader enterprise frameworks.Define policies to address ethical, legal and regulatory aspects of AI solutions ensuring responsible AI deployment.Evaluate and establish insurance mechanisms to safeguard organizational interests against AI-related risks.Develop and socialize secure development and operational practices for AI systems.Mentor a high-performing team influencing security posture across business units.Partner with product and engineering leaders to identify and mitigate AI-specific threats.Requirements:10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3+ years focused on AI or cloud security.Deep knowledge of the AI product lifecycle including data pipelines model training deployment and inference operations.Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem is preferred.Awareness of AI legality ethics and governance frameworks and their impact on enterprise AI deployment.Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.We are seeking an experienced AI security professional to join our team as the Lead AI Security.
