Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Your Role- Support Project Engineers in planning MEP systems for efficient project delivery- Prepare and review technical submittals, including drawings, materials, calculations, method statements, and reports- Maintain accuracy and completeness of technical documentation- Monitor and track submittal approvals to uphold timelines and quality expectations- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated site execution- Provide timely resolutions to site technical issues- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and compliance- Ensure installations meet local and international codes, standards, and project specifications- Assist with quantity take-offs, procurement, and logistics of MEP materials- Contribute to as-built documentation and final handover packages- Participate in meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders- Pursue continuous learning through courses, seminars, and certificationsWhat We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)- 5 years of technical experience in MEP construction- Solid knowledge of MEP systems and design processes- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Revit preferred- Familiarity with Autodesk tools and collaborative platforms- Strong understanding of design techniques and emerging technologies- Knowledge of relevant international and regional codes and standards- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsWhat We Offer- Total package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.- The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.- A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.- Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you're inspired by what you've read and believe you're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
