Role OverviewAs a strategic business development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential franchise partners across various regions. Your primary objective is to drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and partnership development.Franchise Acquisition:Identify and qualify potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners who are interested in expanding their wellness and vacation home franchises.Develop and present compelling business cases, highlighting the benefits of partnering with our brand, including revenue projections, ROI analysis, and support services.Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless execution and maximum conversion rates.Lead Management & Conversion:Drive lead generation through targeted digital campaigns, franchise portals, industry events, brokers, and referral networks.Qualify leads, arrange meetings/presentations, and follow up diligently to maximize conversion rates.Utilize CRM tools to maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and optimize performance.Documentation & Agreements:Collaborate with internal teams to prepare comprehensive franchise agreements, MoUs, and related documentation.Ensure all franchise agreements are compliant with brand policies and regulatory requirements.Coordination with Internal Teams:Work closely with operations, projects, and marketing teams to ensure smooth pre-opening and launch of new franchise outlets.Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to align franchise offerings with market needs and customer expectations.Performance Tracking & Reporting:Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including franchise inquiries, conversion ratios, revenue targets, and pipeline health.Present regular expansion performance reports to management, highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.Brand Representation:Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.Promote the brand's value proposition, highlighting its unique selling points, support programs, and competitive advantages.Proven track record in sales, marketing, and partnership development.Strong understanding of the wellness and vacation home industries, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Opportunity to work with a reputable brand in the wellness and vacation home industries.Competitive salary and bonus structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.Professional development opportunities, including training, coaching, and mentorship.Collaborative and dynamic work environment, promoting innovation and teamwork.
