We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, creating meaningful connections, and driving the top of the sales funnel. This role is crucial for generating new business opportunities and setting the stage for successful customer engagements.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients using a mix of online tools, databases, and social media platforms.
- Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate qualified leads.
- Lead Qualification:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Qualify prospects based on CUR8’s ideal customer profile and hand over highly-qualified leads to the sales team.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression through the funnel.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and refine lead generation strategies.
- Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and support for scheduled meetings or demos.
- Market Insights & Feedback:
- Gather insights on customer pain points, objections, and market trends to share with the sales and product teams.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and messaging.
- Performance Metrics:
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and outreach activities.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role. Experience in SaaS or tech sales is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Other:
- Familiarity with the SaaS sales process is preferred but not mandatory.
