Job Title:Data Governance SpecialistWe are seeking a Data Governance specialist to support a leading bank in strengthening its Enterprise Data Governance and Management initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Configure & deploy data lineage workflows (technical + business)Implement data catalog, business glossary & metadata modelsBuild Collibra workflows using BPMN & Workflow DesignerIntegrate Collibra with ETL pipelines, data lakes/DWH (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Oracle), and core banking systemsDeliver end-to-end lineage mapping (source → transform → consumption)Collaborate with data governance, DMO, risk & technology stakeholdersSupport MAS 610/649, BCBS 239-aligned governance practicesRequirements:3–7 years hands-on experience in Collibra (Catalog, Lineage, Workflow, Glossary)Strong SQL & experience extracting metadata from DB/ETL pipelinesKnowledge of REST APIs, Collibra Edge, Harvesting toolsBanking & Financial Services domain experience (CASA, Loans, Treasury, Payments, Channels)Understanding of Data Governance frameworksBenefits:This role directly supports key data governance and regulatory-driven initiatives for a major bank, ensuring strong lineage visibility, metadata quality, and governance maturity.
