Steward – North Goa

Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage rooms.Wash, clean, and store all cutlery, crockery, glassware, and kitchen utensils properly.Assist in receiving, handling, and storage of kitchen supplies and equipment.Support kitchen and service teams during meal periods and events.Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal following hotel standards.Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per hotel policies.Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred).Basic understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Physically fit to handle cleaning and lifting duties.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.Why Join Us:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for career growth and training.Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and service excellence.
