MOI is a boutique marketing agency, with a focus on Influencer Marketing. We turned three this August and have a robust list of key clients such as Dove, Pond’s, NIVEA, Love Beauty And Planet, Tre Semme, Shoppers Stop, Nykaa & Danone to name a few.

The Role: Manager/Sr Manager - Influencer Marketing

The Influencer Marketing Manager will play a key role within the influencer marketing division, to develop and implement campaigns. This person in this role will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing multiple internal teams as well as the brand's influencer marketing strategy from end to end. This will be a Sr level role, reporting straight to the Co-founder.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Identification & Selection:
Research and identify influencers whose audience aligns with the brand’s target demographic.
Analyze influencers’ content, engagement rates, and audience authenticity to select the right partners.

2. Campaign Strategy Development:
Design influencer campaigns that align with marketing objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving sales, or launching a new product.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign themes, guidelines, and key messaging.

3. Influencer Relations:
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with influencers to maintain a strong network for future campaigns.
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, handling any queries or issues that may arise.

4. Influencer/Agency Coordination:
Draft contracts and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
Reach out to influencers to propose collaboration opportunities.
Negotiate terms of partnership, including compensation, deliverables, timelines, and any specific requirements.
Coordinate logistics of influencer content creation, including product deliveries or content approval processes.

5. Campaign Management & Execution:
Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns to ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
Maintain communication with influencers throughout the campaign to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor influencer performance through metrics like engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversion.
Provide regular reports to senior management, showcasing ROI and insights from the campaigns.

7. Trend Analysis & Competition Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new influencers to ensure campaigns remain innovative.
Analyze competitors' influencer strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Team Management: This person will be leading a team of around 10 people and hence prior team management experience is required.
Experience: Typically requires 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing specifically.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and negotiate contracts.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Social Media Savvy: Knowledge of popular platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creativity: Ability to develop engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
