Senior Business Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. This is a key role within our organization, and the successful candidate will have a significant impact on our business.The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions through the project life cycle from requirements gathering to go-live and on-going support.Key responsibilities include:Providing support and guidance to business usersContributing towards solution designCreating functional and customisation design documentsAssisting with configuration and data migrationTroubleshooting issues and recommending solutionsEssential roles and responsibilities include:Supporting the ongoing roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in our groupSupporting business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilitiesUnderstanding the functional capabilities and limitations of out of the box functionalityIdentifying customer requirements and matching them with D365 F&O capabilitiesIdentifying creative workarounds to meet requirements without customisationsAnalysing business processes to identify opportunities for improvementKeeping up to date with Microsoft continuous release plans and recommending appropriate new functionality when it becomes availableRequired skills and qualifications include:Deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA)Able to apply functional knowledge to practical scenariosExperience of customised solutions to complex business problemsAbility to communicate clearly with global colleaguesDemonstrable consultancy experienceStrong working knowledge of business processes and ER frameworkA logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systemsAbility to multitask and prioritiseExcellent attention to detailPreferred qualifications include:Relevant Microsoft certificationPMA (Project Management and Accounting) Module implementation and supportFluent in EnglishExcellent documentation and communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsQualified Accountant / MBA (Finance) desirableWe offer a competitive benefits package, including a provident fund, gratuity, flexible tax savings benefits, healthcare, and attractive insurance benefits.Our company is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.Key competencies for this role include:Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholdersHighly analytical and problem-solving skillsResults-driven and able to work under pressureThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to make a real impact in our organization.
