Responsibilities include: • Collaborate with Product Owner, stakeholders, and business analysts to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and create iterative delivery plan. • Define architecture and design solutions •Implement Dynamics functionality iteratively with comprehensive unit and integration testing •Integrate external systems via Azure Logic Apps, handle data migration, and generate metrics/KPIs •Oversee setup, administration, and user training for Dynamics CE •Integrate AI Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics •Configure security settings for production and other non – prod environments •Support deployments and post-production activities Required Skills: • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, CoPilot, and associated architecture and design methodologies •Background in Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and C#.net •Understanding of iterative and agile development practices •Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with sound judgment
